In the six meetings we will look at different ‘nourishing’ qualities / concepts and explore ways of cultivating them in formal meditation and in daily life.
Over the 6 week period we will explore such questions as:
- What are ways of grounding oneself when feeling overwhelmed?
- What might be a fresh perspective of looking at a challenging situation?
- What can support us in developing a healthy relationship to our emotions?
- Is there such a thing as one’s true nature, and if so, how do we move closer towards it?
…and many more.
We will meet every Wednesday for six consecutive weeks at 6pm GMT / 7pm CET for one hour on Zoom, starting on 21st of February.
The sessions will generally consist of a talk, a guided meditation and time for sharing of experiences and Q&A.
No previous experience of meditation or mindfulness practice is required. All meditations are guided suitably for beginners and never last for more than 20 minutes.
There will be an audio recording available of the guided meditation and talk after
each session. If you miss a session you can listen to the recording afterwards (sharing of participants is not recorded).
The suggested rate for the full course is £30/35€. Noone turned away for lack of funds.
